I sent my daughter in to get contacts and glasses with a coupon for $99. They took advantage of her and she came out with $600 designer frames. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE THE DOCTOR IS SO MUCH FUNI I NEVER HAD SUCH A THOROUGH EXAM
Me and my wife have been customers of Valuvision for over 10 years. We have spent over 1500 dollars on glasses with them. I ordered glasses from them in 12/2009 and paid 565.00 for them (I found out later from another company that was high) and paid for them to ship out to VA. They shipped our glasses without The Ellipse Transitions and when we complained they discharged us as patients in an apparent disrespect to military veterans. YOU will be better off not using VALUVISION!!!
First, my husband and I have been a customer with Valuvision on San Jose Blvd. for several years. I purchased designer glasses approximately 2 years ago and have had the same problem with them on several (in excess of 10) occasions. The screw on the right side of the frame kept falling out. Then the bracket for the screw broke. They ordered a new front (glasses still under manufacturer warranty). The screw continued to fall out.
