It took a LOOONG time to get our blinds. They seem okay, but the installation was terrible!!! When we ordered the blinds they said they would take the old blinds away. When the installer came, he left the blinds on the floor right where he dropped them and left! So rude! We told him what the lady said, that the installer would take the blinds, and he said, "We never do that," Walked away and left the blinds on the floor. Bad service. Long wait. Let's see if the blinds hold up...
