Gave them 1400 downpayment, never showed up to the scheduled apt a couple weeks ago. I told them we ended up getting into a financial pinch due to medical health with my son ( cancer and autism) and they said they were going to get back to me to see how we can work a payment plan. NOW CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!!!!! I NEED MY 1400 BACK AS IT IS FOR MY SONS STUFF!!! im okay with taking to small claims :)
Really disappointed in quality of blinds in our bedroom. Made the mistake of not coming to showroom and just trusted in home consultation. Then they installed draw on wrong side, so they flipped them around and now the control chain is very short and there are holes where originally drilled the wrong side.
We have had great service working with Val-U- Blinds from choosing our blinds with Kristen to having them installed by David. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Their service and follow up is unbelievable and they do back the warranty.
