BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS – 2010/11 We used Val Moore Realty to rent our house in SW Huntsville and the tenant she placed in our house had a history of not paying his rent/bills, Val Moore fabrications of the tenant’s good character and background to us were NOT true, AND she did not even bother to do a proper screening of the tenant. BIG, BIG Mistake – In 2010/11 We had Val Moore realty handle renting our home in South Huntsville. This company does not bother running credit checks or background checks on tenants. The tenant that Val Moore Realty selected had a history of not paying the rent and Val Moore refused to charge the tenant any late fees for not paying their rent on time. Val Moore refused to help the owners(us) start the evication process after more than three months of not paying the rent. Overall we lost 7 months rent and it cost 100s of doll... read more
