Dr. Irion is very knowledgeable. I had two frozen shoulders. A few months of going to the flex institute my pain became very manageable and my range of motion was greatly improved. The wait time at the Flex Institute was always lightning fast. I highly recommend Dr. Irion and the Flex Institute.
Dr Lobrano and Dr Irion both provided me with first class care. I always felt comfortable and felt like my concerns were listened to. One of the most amazing things about this place is that when you call they get you in within a couple of days for your initial visit. I previously called some other orthopedic places in Shreveport and they would try to give me appointments 8 to 12 weeks away. That doesn’t work when you’re in pain and your joints are suffering.
Everyone is professional and kind. I was explained everything about my injury and the surgery and recovery. I received calls from staff to check on me. I was well cared for by nurse Angela after surgery. I'm recovering well. Next step is therapy and I feel confident I will make a full recovery.
I made my first appointment at the Flex Urgent Care Center in October 2025 using the website which was easy to do and I was given an appointment for the same day. I was very pleased with my orthopedist Dr Irion and with my Physician Assistant Jeremy. I have returned for 2 follow up visits. The wait time was 5-10 minutes which is amazing. The clinic staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the Flex Institute for orthopedic care.
