Dr. Val Irion and his staff were excellent throughout my entire experience, from rotator cuff surgery through recovery. I always felt well cared for, informed, and confident in the treatment I received. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Dr. Irion.

My husband had left shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with the care before or after the surgery. Each visit we have been on and out, no long waits and the Dr. and staff have been amazing.
Easy to schedule an appointment, the doctor answered all the questions about my pain and condition. I came away with a plan for treatment.
Flex Institute is wonderful. I had my knee replaced and my husband had a shoulder replacement. Professional staff and so efficient! We love Dr. Irion but all of the doctors are well-rated.
