Val is amazing! The amount of time and effort she put in to showing us houses and guiding us through this extremely difficult market was incredible. She was always so easy to get ahold of answered all of my questions every time without hesitation. She calmed so many fears I had, stayed positive and on top of everything. Truly made the process understandable. She really did go out of her way so many times to make things work for us. If you find yourself in need of a realtor, you will not be disappointed in Val!
Working with Val was a breeze! As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to start, she listened to all of our questions and got us answers quickly. When the area we ended up looking at buying in was outside of the area she covers, she compiled a list of realtors, personally vetted them and gave us options to meet with. One of her recommendations ended up helping us find the perfect house! Although we wish we could have worked with her the entire time, she truly made buying our first home so easy. 11/10!
