Working with Val was a breeze! As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to start, she listened to all of our questions and got us answers quickly. When the area we ended up looking at buying in was outside of the area she covers, she compiled a list of realtors, personally vetted them and gave us options to meet with. One of her recommendations ended up helping us find the perfect house! Although we wish we could have worked with her the entire time, she truly made buying our first home so easy. 11/10!
