My fiance introduced me to Dr. Lam. My body was all messed up from training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and working out at the gym with no clue what I was doing. Due to my jobs I have to helped picked up patient off the floor, repositioning them everyone hour to two hours assisting patient from wheelchair into their bed took a doll on my back and body. Lam is hands down the GOAT. My wife and I have had back and shoulder issues over the years, and of course the normal wear and tear of being competitive athletes. Lam doctored us back to health and I'm physically better now at age 44 than I was in my 20s. Lam is also versatile and industry agnostic in the respect that he can help non active sedentary people to professional athletes.
