Hard to put into words how much Val helped us on this purchase…. First of all, we looked for houses off and on for four years and she was always happy to show us and never lost her patience! Finally … we found the one! On the transactional side, Val was extremely protective of us and careful to make sure everything went super smoothly. Have to agree with all the positive comments on Val. We chose the right realtor to sell our home. She is enthusiastic and experienced, and she was always communicating with us through staging, listing, marketing, inspections, and "hiccups." Plus, she has contractors at the ready when needed. Highly recommend!
