Val was very personable while also being businesslike. She and her office group kept us fully informed during the listing, showing, voluminous paperwork after the contract, and at closing. During this lengthy period of time she smoothly handled needed repairs and all that was needed while we were out of town. Throughout what we saw as setbacks, she remained positive and reassuring.
