Both Dr Vaktor and his secretary are the best. Our whole family has been very well taken care of for a number of years. We have never had a problem getting an appointment. Dr. Vaktor's quick and efficient assessment of whatever problem we may have brought to him has always been delt with care and consideration. Both he and his hard working secretary will be missed once they retire.
Secretary is rude, condescending and speaks over you then hangs up on you because she is too busy
