I made a hair appointment for my brother and she wasn’t even there for when we made the appointment. She didn’t answer the phone until the fifth time I called and then said that she was still a half hour away 10 minutes after my appointment started. Very unprofessional

So today I went to VAK Salon I was. so nervous as I have been faithful to my old hairdresser for years not she doubled her prices. The level of care and an an amazing hair cut and blow dry floored me. I went in with a big bush of long hair is all I can say as I have been growing out a long bob for over a year. I received an amazing double wash, with head massage and conditioner. My hair is long and strongly stressed I wanted my length kept but lots of layers as I have weird curly, wavy hair. Tried twice to get haircut, spoke with hairdresser and she set up a 9am appointment. Arrived at salon and she wasn’t there, called her and she said that she was at another place and for me to come back at 10:30 am same day. Waited until 11am and hairdresser never showed.
