Very nice Dr, very Russian, and efficient
Dr. Vaisman has horrible bed side manor. I was assigned to him by my HMO, really regret not taking more effort in the process. Among other grievances the office staff routinely will not return calls. The short office hours makes it hard for me to meet the doctor or call them. [10-4:30]
