It's ok. If you have kids suggest you to live on the first floor. We lived on the 3rd floor with 2 boys. Next door neighbor was a bitch. The one below us airways have music & pounding up to us when ever my oldest falls or cries super loud. Yup. Other then that price & place itself is good.
