Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. The lady I spoke with on the initial call was great, and the repair technician was just as professional. I needed a couple of toilets fixed, a new kitchen sink installed, and a bathtub leak repaired, and everything was completed within 90 minutes. Highly recommended!

Alex came by on an emergency call to help us with the drain under our kitchen sink. We are so pleased with the work, as he was efficient, cleanly, helpful and incredibly professional. My husband enjoyed learning a thing or two about plumbing while talking with Alex as he worked. I know we will certainly be calling Vaillancourt Plumbing again should be need help.

I would like to inform anyone looking for a plumbing service to call Vaillancourt Plumbing and drains,from the-second they answer the phone you can relax as they are so willing to help you. I had a main drain plugged leading to the septic tank. When Trevor S arrived to inspect the issue he was very informative regarding the problem. In very little time he had the issue corrected and left my basement looking like he was never there. Thank you everyone at Vaillancourt for your outstanding service!
