Vaillancourt plumbing addressed some issues we were having with a leaking bathtub. From the outset, the customer service was fantastic and the plumber who arrived was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained the problem and solution clearly. The company also followed up with a customer service call after the appointment to ensure everything went smoothly!
Very disappointed with this company overall customer service. I have used this company religiously for 7 yrs with all sorts of things from washing machine hook up, dish washer, fridge lines, had them snake my drain a couple times and install my sink for my kitchen renovation. Many many service calls with the same company hoping to build a relationship dont waste your time even if you spend thousands of dollars and are a repeat customer they wont offer proper customer service or care.
