VERY Pleased with the service! Had my water main valve changed as it was leaking. They coordinated with the city to shut the water while the work was being done. They arrived and replaced the valve very efficiently and made sure they cleaned up once finished. I was very satified with the work done and would recommend them to all my friends.

Valliancourt is a reliable and wonderful company to deal with. I had a problem with my leaky valve connected to the water main. Valliancourt assisted me to arrange with the city water department to have the main valve shut off/turn on plus arrangement to change the defective water box on my lawn (big job!). I had a leak in the pipes running outside my home to the main water connection. I contacted a few contractors but Vaillancourt was the most thorough and competent contractor, ensuring all required permits were in place, etc., and I was happy they were able to complete the job prior to the Holidays. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process, all my questions were answered and they followed up after the job was complete to ensure I was happy with the job.
The young man that came for our repair was incredibly respectful and friendly. As an added touch, he remembered past visits with us. He worked very hard to find a solution (our plumbing is older) and explained what was happening, how it could be prevented, and future solutions. This repair was just as the Holidays were beginning when any and all services were busy and difficult to book. Vaillancourt answered every call and made such an effort to fit us in during a very busy time. I absolutely recommend them.
