Trever was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. (We just needed clear caulking for the tub faucet to stop a leak ) it was great service they will be my permanent plumber in the future
Very happy with the service. What I thought was a simple issue I tried a few things unsuccessfully. Vaillancourt's plumber arrived right on the scheduled time, quickly assessed why I could not resolve it myself (and I was thankful I didn't try further), determined the part I needed could no longer be sourced, obtained the modern part needed and was done in/about 2 hours.
