Medical service was good for my wife's torn ACL, however, they have deceptive business and billing practices. We went to the clinic in Frisco. It had a big sign out front saying "Urgent Care". We went in and used the Urgent Care facility. When they billed us they did not use Urgent Care billing codes and our insurance refused to even consider paying anything. When I contacted them to potentially adjust the bill since we are now paying cash, they refused. They also refused to change the billing codes. I do not recommen... read more
