I've been renting a storage unit for over 2 years & gotta say I have never had a problem, I feel my items are secured. Excellent facility, it is very clean. The customer service from the managment is great she is very helpful & loved her attitude! I would definitely recommend the service there at Vail south storage
Today the storage unit gate was not working, put my code in 3 times, parked my truck and they say sorry its down, they didn't leave a note on the gate to let people know as their approaching that it's down and won't be able to access their unit. Edit problem fixed quickly
