Very friendly and efficient. Great rates as well. Was on and put in less than 15 minutes.
Communication with Julie was top notch right from the start which was 3 months ago due to an upcoming move. She was friendly, professional and informative during the process. As a bonus her son helped us unload the u-haul when we arrived. We were very pleased.
Very clean.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They make renting a unit painless
Great facility, very clean temperature controlled units; Great location in Vail near Post Office, easy access. High level of personalized customer service, and if/when there's a problem they're very helpful and quick to resolve!
