Today the storage unit gate was not working, put my code in 3 times, parked my truck and they say sorry its down, they didn't leave a note on the gate to let people know as their approaching that it's down and won't be able to access their unit. Edit problem fixed quickly

Front office staff is super friendly and professional pricing is fair and the facility is really clean and well kept.

I was locked out of unit 2 days early, with my stuff still in it. When I asked for the owners contact information Julie told me “karma is going to get me” as if I was in the wrong and deleted my own code. On top of that she gave me a non-working number for the owner. Edit to their reply: I’m sure the owners believe in Jesus. When I spoke to one of them he was very kind. The lady that works the desk, Julie, definitely told me that Karma would get me. I was there and it happened to me-so I would definitely know.
