We found this woman to be unprofessional, unethical and, frankly, dishonest. You would think that a local broker could provide some convenience and area expertise. Instead, you get a hole in the wall office that isn’t staffed, and a broker who tells you how valuable her time is. We can’t speak to the other agents operating out of this brokerage, but this woman (Watson) claimed to be the owner. She didn’t care about us or our home search. Very rude and demanding. Ginny vail was not a pleasant person when speaking to her. I think she needs to learn to talk to people in a better manner.
