“It was so bad, I want to give it a zero but that’s not possible, so I give you a 1” As luck would have it, we had a clog in our mainline on a Sunday night and our shower was filling up with waste water. Vail staff is always knowledgeable, fast, they don’t beat around the bush, they jump in and do the job diligently. And they’ve never left a mess behind! Great local small business! Priced fairly!
I highly recommend Vail Plumbing. They are my go-to plumbing company. Kathy in the office was very helpful and accommodating. Plumber Matt was very honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. One Saturday, we were putting in a sink and the pipe burst. The plumber came out within an hour. Very impressed!
Kevin and his team are always efficient and take pride in their work. Having knowing this family for years, I know they always have the customer's needs in mind! Highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!
