We highly recommend this company. Our water heater recently stopped working. We first had another company out to look who recommended a new heater for almost $6000 even though ours was 5 years old. We then called Vail Plumbing and they responded promptly. They did a thorough examination of the unit and said an inexpensive repair was all that was needed. They were prompt, professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to all.
Excellent company. Needed some Hose bibs fixed. They came out right away. Very professional highly recommend.
I have been using them for my AC repair and regular maintenance for a few years now and they are always get the job done. They have been very helpful in a pinch and come right away. Communication is always good and are willing to help you if they believe the issue can be resolved with our them coming out.
