Our Roastery cafe has a coffee and tea bar offering single cup brews through the Modbar and a full flight of Espresso drinks crafted on the Slayer espresso machine. 50 whole leaf teas are served by the cup and pot. All coffees and teas are sold in bulk along with the best accessory items in the valley. We offer complimenting pastries, cookies and scones locally baked fresh daily.

The drinks were fine. However, I ordered a “chocolate muffin” and got half way through it before realizing it was full of Nutella. I have a severe allergy to hazelnuts and the rest of my day was ruined all because there was no signage indicating the muffin was full of a common allergen. If you’re going to serve any kind of food, don’t half ass it and put proper information about what’s in it.

Excellent prices on GREAT coffee, staff is super friendly & there are plenty of menu options including food & non-coffee options. Love that you can see the roasting operations as well. I wish I had a spot like this close to home, I'll be stopping in every time I'm in Minturn!
