The bad reviews are true. The building owner does not do anything to help the tenants and will make it YOUR problem. Renters beware. The owner (the thief), Kathie Wright, charges people double and will try to convince THEM that THEY are the thieves. She is a nasty, arrogant SLUMLORD but a pansy ass who can’t carry a civilized conversation and hides behind her keyboard while lying and stealing from you and letting people live in filth and fear.
