10 stars!! They took care of 4 of my pets for less than what my regular vet would have charged for 1 pet. highly recommend!
Can't say anything about the vet because I have never met him but wanted to see if he could see my dog who is 14 years old who we had found a large tumor on the inside of the hind leg. I called for two day and the phone was constantly busy. Once I got through I left a message with my information. I received a call back from a woman who was rude to me and said they are too busy to see my dog. Dr. Vail has been taking care of our dogs for over 25 years. He has always been gentle and caring when interacting with our pets. He comes to your home so you don¿t need to travel with your pets.
