They where very polite and made the car buying experience easy. I bought a 15 with 60k miles. The day after I picked the vehicle up the transmission started shuttering and slipping. Charles had told me they went through the whole car and made sure everything checked out. So I took it to a local dealership as I am 2 hours away from vail, the tech told me the transmission fluid was burnt and very over due to be changed. Vail has always treated me like family. Great bunch of individuals.
They need lessons in customer service - all of them from the GM on down to the service department - his was by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered in my 25+ years of buying/leasing cars.
