They where very polite and made the car buying experience easy. I bought a 15 with 60k miles. The day after I picked the vehicle up the transmission started shuttering and slipping. Charles had told me they went through the whole car and made sure everything checked out. So I took it to a local dealership as I am 2 hours away from vail, the tech told me the transmission fluid was burnt and very over due to be changed.
