Amanda was great, she was thorough and explained everything along the way. We haven't had any issues since and the amount of energy we are using is way less than before. She even checked to make sure our insulation was good and pointed out a problem with our ducts as well for future fixing.

Amanda was amazing! I'd rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. She was fast to arrive at my home and got to quickly diagnosing my system. She was able to find the problem super quickly and went through the regular maiantance and upkeep for my unit and got it working again. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely use Lufkin Heating & Air Conditioning again!
Armando arrived on time and installed our new unit in a timely manner. Both technicians cleaned up all debris and took to dumpster.
