Dr. Lydia is always positive, kind, and informative. She has a wealth of knowledge and connections. I know I can always trust her recommendations, whether it is supplements or practitioners that I or my young sons need. She is an expert at prenatal adjustments and cranial-sacral therapy. I have brought both of my babies to her since infancy. The entire office is clean, inviting, and refreshing, and we always leave with a smile on our faces!
