I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I had a blank signet ring resized and engraved with a custom design. For the resizing, Eric cut and adjusted the ring and got me to try it on multiple times until it was a perfect fit before taking it away to complete the resize. Then for the engraving, he sent me photos of what the design looked like engraved on some other piece of metal and got me to check it before engraving it into the ring, and also showed me what the outline of the design looked like projected onto the... read more

Eric helped me from start to finish. I had to wait to write this after the proposal - but my fiancé is in love with the ring he designed. He is a people's person, you are the main the focus as a client and listens to every single detail needed from the brief. He has a abundance of knowledge when comes to jewellery and helped educate me in the process. I would give 10 stars if I could. Can't wait to go back for our wedding bands.
