As a business owner using vagaro DO NOT use the fill my books feature! They set it up without any protections or a way to charge clients cancellation fees. Any client who books with you under that program can not show up for their appointment and vagaro does nothing to protect their customers (YOU!) vagaro told me by Friday I would receive an update on this issue and it is not Wednesday. I started my private practice a little over a year ago and found the customer service providers to be extremely helpful in helping me set up and build a website and find it easy to navigate the page. great company and affordable offering many business building tools to help you grow your small or large practice. highly recommend
I have been using this app for almost 10 years now. Absolutely love it. As my business grows it grows with me. I am so glad i have not had to change apps to accommodate my business needs.
Booked an appointment for a massage 6 times, because by default Vagaro does not send notifications. What a poorly designed app. I do not want to log in and change my settings to get critical information about my appointments. It should be default and despite their claims of excellence, poor design. Not the app but whoever decided what the defaults should be.
