I have woak up under bridges that are nicer than this place. This place ought to be condemned. Water from the toilet in the room above mine was dripping down in my room. I told management and they acted like they didn't care. The place is filthy.....a great place to get crabs or meth. If my only option in Chico was to stay here, I would stay in my car or the homeless shelter. You do what you want but I will NEVER stay here again.

If I ever stayed here again I would be a fool. I've woak up under bridges that were nicer than this place. Everything everybody else has said is TRUE! Seriously, keep your $60 and just stay at the homeless shelter. Just to give you 1 idea of how bad it was.......When the toilet flushed upstairs, water drops down onto the toilet below and whoever is sitting on it. This place ought to be condemmed.
