I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT BOOKING A REPUTABLE BRAND NAME BEFORE HAND. MY FIRST 2 NIGHTS WHERE OKAY, THE ROOM WAS JUST OKAY, UNTIL I SAW THE BIGGEST R0@CH CRAWLING ACCROSS THE BATHROOM FLOOR. NOW THIS THINGS HAPPEN, SO I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN, WELL, I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE TOLD " TO GO ELSEWHERE"! AFTER MAKING THE DECISION TO STAY (IT WAS 10 PM AND NO WHERE ELSE TO GO) I GOT HARRASING PHONE CALLS FROM THE FRONT DESK PERSON (I DISCONNECTED THE PHONE).
