I really think this story was made up. When Dr. Ferdowsian is with a patient, he always has his computer with him, and he translates his notes to someone at the other end that hears everything that is go on in the room. I was a patient of the Dr. Ferdowsian he was very professional and also saved my toe from being amputated. I thank the Dr. Ferdowsian everything he did for me. May God be with you Dr. Ferdowsian. Very very disappointed in seeing that the office in Benton does not follow even the basics of keeping staff and patients safe from Covid-19 exposure. None of the staff wear masks (until an issue was made by me when they came in to cut my toenails) stating "it is not mandatory". The staff at the front desk wear no masks and there is no plexiglass window. There was a thermometer at the front desk in a basket and was not used on any of the patients that came iinto the office. Dr. Ferdowsian is a wonderful, caring Dr. he really takes time and makes sure you understand . Wonderful bedside manner. Fast appointments and will fit you in at last min anytime needed . Very caring . Couldn’t be happier !

I have been to 3 different podiatrists in the last year. One did a surgery (incorrectly), and Dr. Ferdowsian identified it IMMEDIATELY. He took so much time with me explaining everything I could ever want to know about my condition and procedures. He helped identify scheduling for an upcoming procedure that worked for me, my family, and my job before ever considering what worked best for him/his clinic. NEVER AGAIN! THIS GUY TALKS ALOT,BUT DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU ! REFUSES TO GIVE WORK EXCUSES (EVEN AFTER SURGERY AND PATIENT BLEEDING) DOESN'T THINK DIABETES IMPAIRS HEALING,VERY ROUGH,DOESN'T CARE IF HE HURTS YOU LOVES TO SAY " THAT DIDN'T HURT ME A BIT " GO ANYWHERE BUT TO THIS GUY,OH AND HE'LL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE FOR EXPENSIVE BRACES YOU DID NOT RECEIVE

Dr. Ferdowsian has been one of the best drs that I have had in the past few years, and unfortunately, I have dealt with quite a few. He actually stops to listen to what I have to say, takes my feelings and opinions into consideration, and if I don't understand something, he will spend as long as needed to explain it to me. He will not leave the room until I am completely comfortable with whatever it is we are doing and/or going to be doing. His staff is amazing as well. I recommend him highly!!!

Dr. Ferdowsian has a very good bedside manner. He is informative, thorough and caring. His service to patients suffering with gout is outstanding. His office staff was excellent, cheerful and positive. I have been there twice and look forward to seeing him when my feet are giving me problems

I have had many appointments with Dr. Ferdowsian and each time I have been very pleased by the treatment I received. This includes one surgery. He is always upbeat, caring and very knowledgeable. When I ask him questions, he explains things very well and answers all my concerns. Each member of the staff are equally friendly, professional and helpful. I am very grateful to them all. I definitely recommend Dr. Ferdowsian Foot & Ankle Clinic 100% !
