Have purchased last 3 very from Gary and each time has been exceptional, during Covid had to order cause off no inventories, prices went up but paid price as when we ordered, their service is second to none, Dan has always fit us in and we feel like family, The entire group is honest , professional and makes it a pleasure doing business. Thanks to all at Vaessen, a trip to Sublette is well worth it

We stopped with our EV (in transit to Iowa) to charge at the charging station in Vaessen’s parking lot. The cord got stuck in the port and the dealership was closed. After hours in the phone with Ford roadside assistance, they determined that we were out of luck essentially and could not get us help until the morning. It was 29 degrees outside and there was no heat in the car so Ford called the sheriffs office. They inquired with Vaessen, who was on the way to his company’s Christmas party. I always get good service at Vaessen Brothers Chevrolet in Sublet Illinois. They're polite and timely They explain everything as needed and answer all my questions. I've bought a couple cars from them. My parents have bought several cars from them over the years. They're polite and treat you with respect, and they don't play games when selling you a vehicle. I'll never buy another vehicle from anyone else.
