I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company was disappointing from start to finish. During the hiring process, I witnessed behavior that I felt was highly unprofessional. Information that should have remained between management and applicants appeared to be discussed openly, which immediately raised concerns for me. The caregiver from Vador Family Services was and is magnificent and takes tremendous care of me. She made sure I am safe and secure whe walking and in the shower, kind to take care of my femene hugene , any household needs, getting to doctors , shop, you name it. Fabulous service. My best recommendation!!

My father was confined to a nursing home in the Sarasota area for a number of years. He suffered from a number of illnesses and developed a level of dementia. We engaged Vador Family Services to assist in his care in the nursing home. The results were quite phenomenal. In our case we had assigned a senior caregiver who was able to relate to my father on a cultural and religious level in addition to providing great companionship. Vador provided care for my mother in Sarasota after a serious accident and during a time when I simply could not be there since I live in Miami. The care provided was related both to healthcare and numerous other things that needed to be done and that I would have done had I been in town.
