I had an appointment with Dr Facey on July 1. I'm a 100% disabled Vet and have suffered from Diastasis recti for 3 years is very painful and affects my breathing and digestive tract. Dr Facey didn't even examine me he just looked at my stomach and said he had the same thing and he could do Nothing about it. I asked him if he was in pain he said no, And I said I was. He told me I was out of shape. I will never go to Phoenixville Hospital again.
The big bald guy with tattoos should not be working with the general public. He was miserable this morning. Almost forgot to say good morning. He seems like he is that miserable he takes it out on everybody. That was just not a good experience and not a good way to start my day. They never answer the phone and ignore parents concerns. Also half an hour after my daughters appointment and we are still waiting to be called. I asked and they said they were people In front of us and we had to wait. I was confused because we HAD AN appointment so why should we be waiting a half an hour after the appointment time and then some? Very unprofessional I do not recommend.
Last Tues. afternoon I was taken to the hospital for bradycardia, & eventually a pacemaker. Every staff member was professional, polite, & had a very good personality, they were all very encouraging during a really stressful time for me. The staff also worked well together, thank you!
Pre-admit instructions were wrong so procedure was cancelled. They are completely disorganized. Go to Chester County or Paoli, they are far more professional.
My dad was sent to Brandywine hospital. He is a terminally ill patient. With him was his walker, and ipad and his weddings. He no longer has them and no one seems to know anything. They are thieves. This is a unreal to steal from a terminal patient. Would not recommend this hospital to my worse enemy. They don't even deserve a one star
