Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dental office. I am a current patient, yet when I contacted the office for assistance, I was met with outright rudeness from the front desk staff. The receptionist spoke in a dismissive and irritated tone, interrupted me, and ultimately refused to provide any help, without even attempting to understand the situation or offer an alternative solution.
