Patty in billing is the BEST!!!
Reception is not helpful at all, and my Doctor is ALWAYS at the very LEAST 30 minutes late for all of my appointments because they only allow their doctor’s to have 15 min time slots. My appointments take 5 minutes, so I’m not too sure what the hold up is. I have a very busy life, so I find her not respecting her other patient’s time extremely insulting as well as completely unprofessional. 100% don’t recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This man saved my wife’s life from severe depression and PPD. I cannot express enough my gratitude to him for what he has done for me and my family. He saved my marriage, he saved my wife’s life, he saved everything that is dear to me. Without him, I don’t know if my wife would be alive today. Thank you Doc. You saved my family. If you are struggling or your loved one is struggling, seek Dr. Vadim’s help.
Not a fan of this office & will be transferring to a different office. They don’t communicate with their patients if a doctor is going to be out. I’ve had two appointments that they forgot about. $100 for a 15-minute call is ridiculous. Especially if the patient has to do the job of the front office! I went into the office once and I was early for my appointment- I waited for 45 minutes to be seen. The phone etiquette from most of the front staff is unprofessional. They are not friendly at all. I do not recommend.
