I purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain from this so called "reputable" dealership in October 2022. However, the engine blew up on me about a month ago. My vehicle is still sitting there. This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever delt with.I bought a car that has a bad transmission in it, with a 30 day power train warranty, I took the car back to the dealer within the ****************************** one lie after another why my car haven't been fixed yet. Now they tells they have another car I may want but they dont have a key for it! NEVER HEARD SO MUCH BS BEFORE!
Mr *****.Worst dealer i have ever tried to deal with. Had a price on the sticker and then wanted to charge me $1800 for the warranty, the factory window tint, and floor mats, and this is a brand new car. This place is crooked from the word go. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer at all cost. CROOKED! CROOKED! CROOKED! I'm leaving 1 star only because it's required. I hope the dealer see's this review, his sales practice cost him the sale of a new car."
