Hard sell and found I made a mistake. Bought on Saturday reached on Monday to Vaden. By Thursday no one had reached out to me about what I could do. I had to call the GM before someone called me. I went by and Rick tried to help but only option offered was not great. As great as Rick was my overall experience with Vaden Nissan was not good. Very poor experience. Wish I had read reviews other places first. Altogether bad experience. Beware of switch bait. I showed interest in a 2018 rogue on the website. Shelby Walker called my a said I needed to put in an application before someone got the vehicle. So I did ,then was called by her boss . The vehicle is not available so I told them not to run the application since they no longer have the vehicle. He keep going on about coming to see other vehicles on the lot .
