Drive 2 hours from Charleston to purchase a vehicle cash. Called 3 days prior to confirm. When I arrive they didn’t have the key to test drive. They tried to convince me to purchase the car without test driving. Manager Initially said he would negotiate the price of vehicle and give courtesy for inconvience . Horrible service. 5 days for a Tire Jacqueline useless. Estimate 500. Less with half the work. I approved. Run away from this dealership. Left with low tire light and engine light on. Called. Service manager unavailable. Waste of time.
