AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND GETTING A NISSAN ALTOGETHER!!! Our first vehicle was a 2023 Nissan Rogue we purchased that paint job was damaged due to an employee at the dealership hitting something in it. It wasn't until after signing the paperwork before leaving that I noticed the front bumper was scraped. We we're told they would repair it. I purchased my last car from Vaden HH, and honestly, the experience wasn’t bad. Our salesperson was new but very courteous and made sure to find answers whenever he wasn’t sure of the answers. When my daughter began looking for a car, my husband and I suggested checking Vaden HH again. Online, they had a few vehicles she was interested in, so we went in to take a look. Cinthia was the best! Super patient and understanding. I felt incredibly comfortable throughout my entire visit and it was honestly a fast process which I appreciate.
If you guys are in need of a car, please make sure to come to Vaden Nissan of Hilton head, and make sure to ask for Cinthia!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t go to Vaden in Savannah! Cinthia and the rest of the Management team made it to where I can have the car I have always wanted!! They’re awesome, trust me!
