Was I WOWed with my first visit yesterday to Vaden's Hyundai service department. I was greeted by a friendly rep, Felicia, as soon as I pulled into the garage. Then we went into her office to go over my needs. I saw this amazing sign taped to the desk from the service manager Bill Reynolds that said HAPPY, NOT HAPPY, I want to hear from you and listed all these different contact methods. That blew me away!
