Vaden Health Services is the most disorganized clinic I’ve ever dealt with. Getting a simple referral feels like it takes a million years. Every step is a maze of mixed messages, lost paperwork, and zero follow through. I constantly have to chase them, restate the same facts, and fight to get basic care approved. Perhaps I can't speak for everyone but my experience with Vaden health has been good. The staff and doctors are friendly and as long as you get to your appointment on time, you will be seen timely and the whole process is smooth. Booking online is also easy but you might not be able to find an appointment for the same day. If that is needed you can try the Stanford walk in clinic.
The CAPS team has been incredibly supportive and helpful. My life has truly changed for the better since beginning treatment. Excellent mental healthcare.
