This was one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I contacted Johnnie over the phone and he made everything easy. He even made sure I'd be taken care of when I came in, even though it was his day off. When I got the truck home, I had an issue with my fuel pump control module. Johnnie and the sales manager gave me a loaner and sent a truck to tow min the be serviced. Johnnie kept me updated the entire time until I got my truck back. I'll recommend him and the Vaden team to anyone listening.

I wish this was a 5 start and thought It was going to be until I realized I got ripped off. I went there with a problem with getting cool air in my drivers side and they charged me to decontaminate. After talking to a lady there I find out they didn’t need to decontaminate it because the freon was fine, just needed more. My bill leaving was just below a $1000.
