I had done plenty of research before stopping by the dealership, both on the car I was looking at as well as the dealership itself. After scouring BBB, Dealers.com and even Yelp, I noticed that Vaden was not ranked very high. This dealership sold me and my wife a vehicle that they had no title for.They have not given a title to my finance company and it's been past 3 months.Thier contract gives them 45 days.The management/owner ********************** Offered me a deal.He thought he would get me to buy a new car and carry negative equity. He says it's my negative equity. Not to wise *********** as you are in breach of contract and you are the 1 on the line with my finance company. Absolute worst dealership to work with. Sales manager Steve Wise is terrible and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Plus he lies about everything to cover up for employees who don't do their job. Sales lady Felicia does not return phones and lies about extras on vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Avoid if all possible. If you see a car there try another dealership and see if they can get a dealer trade. Don't talk to anyone there first.

These people dont want your business unless youre an idiot. False advertising on their website with their vaden price leads to getting you in the door for them to try and take advantage of you with upwards of $10k markups on run of the mill average pickup trucks with the excuse thats just how the market is. Honest car dealers are few and far in between and these people really contribute to making that statement true. -*****************************, Beaufort SC

BUYERS BEWARE After buying my truck from Vaden Chevy they encouraged leaving a review so naturally I did. Everything seemed as it should be. Fast forward 4 weeks and 2900 miles and my truck had an internal engine damage. After waiting 10 days without a vehicle, unanswered from Vaden and getting no where I had to work with a local shop to get the $1300 repair done. Vaden of Beaufort continues to leave me unanswered and shorted out of a warranty repair coverage living 1000 miles away I am absolutely screwed.
