I live out of state and made an appointment with Vaden Cadillac. When I dropped off the car, I was told that they were busy and wouldn’t be able to diagnose my car for 2 or 3 days. I ordered a 2025 Cadillac Blackwing from Vaden this past spring. I worked with an outstanding sales associate Kean Williams. He was outstanding throughout the whole process. When the vehicle arrived, the purchase process was seamless. It was the best out the door experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Harlan was great in the finance department.
