I bought a used Vaddio Clearview PTZ camera from Ebay for use in a church livestream. Not only did Vaddio help advise me on usage of the camera, they also sent me an SD card with updated firmware to better work with Windows 10. Even used, the product works excellently and as others have said, the customer service is terrific. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.
Great products and even better support. They went above and beyond helping me workout an issue I had created for myself. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
