I was late for my Groupon massage and when I tried to change to later time I was given the impression that they were so busy and they don’t do same day cancellation. I ended up getting 1/2 half of the service yet the spa wasn’t busy and they were even taking walk-ins. I think I got the run around because it was a Groupon voucher
Love it for my 1st time being there I was welcomed with a warm greeting and the tech that did my laser treatment was the best very informative .. See you next month .

I paid for a gel manicure and pedicure. After realizing the amount of work it was to removing the gel from my toes..I wanted a regular mani pedi. The technician stated it would be cheaper. It was an extra $10 to remove gel..and they never fixed the price I paid in the beginning. So I over paid by $15. NEVER AGAIN! And nails shaped different on one hand than the other..Uugghh

I love this Spa. The best Spa I have been too. Dinorah is my favorite Masseuse. She also does amazing facials and body wraps.
I have spent the past 6 months asking to be removed from all email subscriptions, marketing material and feedback requests. I no longer live in the city and am decluttering my inbox. My experience was excellent I was there for five hour's. Because I had an intense package deal that had me feeling like a wet noodle lol. 90 minutes massage with hot rocks was AWESOME. My facial with seaweed had my face smooth like a baby azz.
