We had a wonderful experience with VADA Property Management. The team was professional, responsive, and always helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Joy for the excellent communication, prompt responses, and support every step of the way. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and would highly recommend VADA Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management company.
I had a wonderful experience renting my home with Joy as my property manager. From the very first viewing, Joy took the time to walk me through every detail of the property and answered all of my questions patiently. Throughout the leasing process, she was professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Even after I moved in, whenever I had... read more
I have had the pleasure of working with Vada (formerly Advent) and Joy Kaminsky for over 17 years, and I can't say enough positive things about their service. Joy is a true professional who consistently goes above and beyond in managing my property. Her attention to detail, dedication, and friendly demeanor make the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Vada and Joy to anyone looking for reliable and exceptional property management.
I have been a client of VADA's, formerly Advent, for more than a decade, and I haven't had a single complaint. They take care of everything, and if they can't do it themselves, they find the right people who perform to the same high standard. Plus, they're nice people. And they get back to you quickly.

Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and communication was always clear and helpful. He made both the entry and exit process smooth, and was especially accommodating during our international move. Even after our tenancy, he has continued to support us as a reference, which we really appreciate. Overall, a great experience — we... read more
