During our planning and design phase, we never felt pressured to make a choice that was easier for the contractor or more expensive. VADA empowered us to make the right choice. At the beginning of construction, we saw how vigilant Eric was to keeping the project contained so we could live comfortably throughout the process. He even changed the sheeting so our toddler wouldn't accidentally tear through and notified us if there were any potential hazards at the site. We chose Vada Contracting for our first large renovation project as homeowners and it was an A+ experience. Before moving to Grand Rapids to live in my best friend's new home, I told him that one of my conditions was having my own bathroom. Little did I know that there was only one bathroom on the main floor of the house; however, there was one toilet randomly in the basement.
