I chose Vacu-man specifically because of their reputation, even though their quote was triple the market rate. I was happy to pay more for what I assumed would be superior quality, but the service I received was below average at best. Despite their marketing claims of leaving a home "cleaner than they found it," the reality was underwhelming. There was no extra care or attention to detail to justify the high cost.
