They were professional, personable and did the cleaning in a reasonable amount of time. They changed what was needed and made sure everything was in working order when they were finished. Their charges are reasonable when they showed me before and after pictures I t was evident I needed them. Would recommend them anytime.

We recently had a lot of trouble with our clothes dryer taking almost 3 hours to dry an average sized load. Vac man took me outside with an instrument that measured airflow which was in the three digit range, then he spent a little time diagnosing the problem, showed me what was wrong and I agreed to the recommended repair and cost. After the repair and cleaning the vent out airflow was in the 4 digits and my dryer has never worked better. Vacman is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended
Very responsive. The work was done quickly and professionally. He was very thorough in checking over my dryer vent, and came back with pictures to show me what was wrong. They checked in with me several times throughout the installation when there were options. I am very pleased with the result and speedy service, and would definitely use VacMan again in the future if needed.
