I received a paper sheet from Dr Vachhani Staff , It shows date, time and location where a colonoscopy was scheduled for me , it shows also a $ 100.00 fee if I fail to show up I showed up at 6.00 am , time scheduled , and Dr Vachhani didn't , and personal in the Oak Bend Medical Center registration after several times verifying , confirm that they didn't have any information of my procedure from Dr Vachhani .
