Vaccarezza replaced glass on several of my double pane windows that had failed. They were super responsive, reasonably priced, loved my dog, and dig a great job on the install. I’d definitely work with them again.
UPDATE: "this clown" worked for a business that requires an invoice to move forward with a job. Clearly not a scam artist if I want a paper trail. Didn't fix my requested product for two months, wouldn't respond to emails, and wouldn't fill out a single piece of paperwork to move forward with the job because it was "too complicated". Two months later they wanted to charge a $15 fee to fill out the piece of paper to move forward with the job.
They helped me to cut glass table tops to cover some hardwood desks. Their service was prompt and they helped me to figure out what I needed. The end result is exactly what I was hoping for.
