Positive experience, beginning with the receptionist and technician, Adelaide, who was very focused, professional, and business like. She was a wealth of information and a pleasure to do business with. Amazing people skills! Dr. Karr has been my "go-to" optometrist for years. Communicates very well. Recommended to anyone!
As usual our visit to Vacaville Optometric Vision Center was excellent. Dr Carr is very kind and always makes you feel welcome. He chats with you about how things are going and he always explains what he’s doing and how your eyes are doing. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an eye doctor.
Excellent visit! I went in as a emergency visit and they squeezed me into an appointment within a couple of hours. I so much appreciate the trouble they go through for their patients. The office staff is always friendly and kind. I've been a patient of Dr Carr's for many years and even though my vision insurance is through somewhere else, I go to Dr. Carr so that I can see someone I trust 100%.
Great staff! Was seen by a new doctor and he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, explained the processes well, answered all my questions/concerns. Great chair side manner. The staff helping with eyeglasses selection are always helpful and honest with their opinions on how glasses fit your face etc. Highly recommend them!
