After the remodel years ago the building quality is better but the walls are very thin. Expect to have 1/10 things fixed by maintenance (who are very friendly) but weve had a hole in our floor for two years that we've requested fixed and nothing. Management (if it's the same company for more than 6 months) is quite the joke. Just make sure you pay your rent online because we've had rent checks stolen right out of their lockbox. "Secure" yeah right.
if i could give these apartments a zero stars i really would i understand they are low price apartments but that doesn’t give the right for the disrespect in the office, whenever we have a problem for maintenance to come check out we always get turned away with a simple, someone will come when the work order is processed can take up to 24hrs it’s been months since I put in a work order and still can’t get someone to fix the situation I got going on which is concerning corporate needs to come check out this situation asap!
