If I could give zero stars, I would. Gable Apartments has gone completely downhill. Management clearly doesn’t care about tenants or the property. They constantly send out “inspection” letters every other week and never actually show up. They’ve been promising “remodels” for years and nothing ever gets done. We’ve been forced to live with mold, roaches, and spiders everywhere. It’s unsafe and disgusting. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They hide their reviews so people can’t see what really goes on here and trust me, it’s bad. I’m living with mold in my apartment, not just a little patch but the kind that puts your health at risk every single day. My toilet? It doesn’t need a quick fix it needs to be completely replaced. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The parking situation is a complete disaster — certain residents have four or more cars and shamelessly take up multiple spots, refusing to park on the street like everyone else.
