If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They hide their reviews so people can’t see what really goes on here and trust me, it’s bad. I’m living with mold in my apartment, not just a little patch but the kind that puts your health at risk every single day. My toilet? It doesn’t need a quick fix it needs to be completely replaced. If I could give zero stars, I would. The management at The Gables is beyond unprofessional. They NEVER answer the phone, even when you can clearly see people in the office. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The parking situation is a complete disaster — certain residents have four or more cars and shamelessly take up multiple spots, refusing to park on the street like everyone else. I went here to pick up an application last week with a list of questions in hand. I met with the manager Tenaya, who let me know she is new to the property. One of my questions, she was unsure about. Heyheyhey. I am on the waiting list. Hoping to get in. This apartment complex seem awesome helpful to those in need and the staff kind and professional The manager has amazing customer service and seems really not just about cut n dry actually wants people to succeed and do good.
